Can I just drop in for one class?

Yes. A single class costs $18. We also have student rates for full-time college students currently enrolled. Please bring your student I.D.

Are there any deals for first-time students?

Yes. We always offer two-weeks unlimited yoga for $50. You will not find this deal online. You must purchase the series at the studio. From time to time, we may offer additional discounts and deals for first-time students. Ask the front desk assistant if there are any other current deals running when you come in for class.

Do you crank up the heat?

No. We believe that heating the room up excessively is not always appropriate for the general public as it can aggravate certain conditions and/or body types.

We tend to keep the temperature a little warmer during the autumn and winter months. We focus more on heating the body up from the inside with intelligent sequencing and breathing techniques. This method tends to have a more long-term and balancing effect.

Are there changing rooms?

Yes. We have a women’s and men’s changing area with lockers that are available for daily use (no overnight use). If you would like to lock up your valuables/bags/clothing, please bring a padlock with you.

There are also shower facilities in both the women’s and men’s bathrooms. You must bring your own toiletries and towel.
