Vinyasa from A Tantric Perspective

Skillful Transformation Through Dynamic Sequencing

with Jim Bennitt

February 19-23, 2018 | 10am–5:30pm

Tantric yoga emphasizes the skillful use of energy to create transformation from the inside out. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic sequence of postures that seamlessly flow from one to the other.

In this 5-day module we will focus on how to practice and teach a multi-layered, dynamic yoga class to awaken the spirit. You will learn how to incorporate more subtle practices within a classroom or private setting using the breath from the inside to help improve alignment, deepen the pose, direct energy, and slow down the mind. This training will also place emphasis on maintaining physical integrity while cultivating the mental clarity that defines yoga.

This module has 30 CEC. These CEC may be applied to a 300-hour or 500-hour accreditation through Tejas Yoga.

Please note: For this module there is a 12-person maximum and 5-person minimum. You must register one week prior to the start of the program or have a deposit down of $100 to reserve your space.

If the course is canceled due to low attendance, you will be notified 7 days prior to the start date and will receive a full refund.
