In this practical workshop, we will learn about each vayu and how they affect different parts of the physical and subtle body.

Prana is the life force or energy that animates us. Vayu can literally be translated as the word wind. A vayu is the wind, or force, that moves prana and governs the body and mind.

Through asana (physical practice), pranayama (breathing techniques), mudra (hand gestures) and meditation, we will learn how to balance each of the five vayus in order to live harmoniously with our true nature. These techniques are simple to learn and safe to practice on your own.

You will receive a worksheet with instructions on how to balance your vayus. Bring a pen and the desire to live to your fullest potential.
