The Adhikara Kula program is designed for yoga teachers looking to continue their studies and refine their teachings.


  • New to Yoga? Need a Refresher?

    Our popular Introduction to Yoga series occurs three times a week. The start dates for February are:

    • Wednesday, February 1 at 7pm
    • Saturday, February 4 at 10am
    • Sunday, February 5 at 2pm

    Feel free to drop in mid-series. Register in advance to reserve your spot.

    Not free in February?  In March, our series starts Wednesday 3/1 at 7pm, Saturday 3/4 at 10am, and Sunday 3/5 at 2pm.

    It’s football season! Please note that the parking ban for non-residents (without zoned parking permits) is in effect for all Chicago Bears regular season games. Please check the event calendar before driving and parking near Tejas!

  • Teacher Training Forum: 1/29 Jim and James

    Are you passionate about yoga? Are you interested in learning how to teach it or deepening your knowledge of yoga, ayurveda, and tantra?

    Join us for our Teacher Training Forum, Sunday, January 29, 4pm – 6pm.  Jim Bennitt and James Tennant, the co-owners of Tejas Yoga, will discuss the curriculum and philosophy of the Tejas 250-hour teacher training program. Meet graduates of the program.  Bring your friends and questions!
