  • New to Yoga? Need a Refresher?

    Our  Intro to Yoga series is an excellent place to begin your journey towards better health, peace of mind, and balance!  Our September series begins Tuesday, September 2, 7:30pm (Zach) or Sunday, September 7, 2pm (James).  Can’t make these dates? We start anew the week of October 5.   You can also drop in mid-series! Register in advance to reserve your spot.

  • Teacher Training Forum, 9/18

    Are you passionate about yoga? Are you interested in learning how to teach it or deepening your knowledge of yoga, ayurveda, and tantra?

    Join us for our Teacher Training Forum, Thursday, September 18, 6:30pm – 8pm.  Jim Bennitt and James Tennant, the co-owners of Tejas Yoga, will discuss the curriculum and philosophy of the Tejas 200-hour teacher training program. Meet graduates of the program.  Bring your friends and questions!
