About Gentle

Basic postures, simple movement, and accessible strengthening exercises are elements of this class. You’ll find slow, controlled movement, some standing postures, supported postures, and some passive stretches. More time will be given to breathwork, visualization and meditation. Emphasis is placed on de-stressing the body and mind to help the student find a deep calm. This class is appropriate for all levels.
