Laurey anicka
Laurey discovered yoga when she joined a pre-natal class when pregnant with her son, Ollie. 16 years later, she is passionate about teaching yoga to others, sharing its healing benefits, and making yoga accessible to everyone. Her classes emphasize the importance of breath-enhanced movement and include elements of both breath work and meditation. Her goal is to facilitate a warm and welcoming space for students of all levels to feel both challenged and supported. Laurey completed her 250-hour training with Tejas Yoga and continues to be mentored by co-owners James Tennant and Jim Bennitt.
