What we hope you’ll get out of this training

Personal Development

Our hope is to not only provide you with a deep understanding of yoga and its related disciplines, but also a sense of confidence in who you are as a teacher. In addition to teaching you how to lead a coherent and effective class, Jim and James will thus guide you in cultivating your strengths, uncovering your potential, and habituating you to your own innate abilities.

  • Revise the practice as you evolve

Establish a Daily Routine

  • Understand how to eat seasonally according to ayurveda

  • Establish and refine your daily routine throughout the year

Technical

We want you to feel confident teaching your own classes by the end of this program. Once you’re ready, you will start assisting the teacher, slowly taking on more and more responsibilities, until you will lead your own practice classes. Jim and James will always be available for any questions you might have after observing and assisting group classes.
