Shoulder Mobility with Jim Bennitt

The shoulder is our most mobile joint and also the easiest to injure. Oftentimes our daily habits contribute to shoulder pain and injuries. Improving our posture and incorporating certain movements into our practice or training can help to prevent and heal shoulder issues.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • the anatomical makeup of the shoulder joint

  • what exercises we can do to help keep the shoulder healthy

  • what positions to avoid

  • how our upper back ties into the health of our shoulders
