This workshop will teach you how to apply those principles in a safe and effective way, helping you take your physical practice to the next level.
In this workshop we will:
- Take a close anatomical look at the main muscle groups and joints involved in hand balancing.
- Practice preparatory exercises that will make hand balancing more available.
- Experiment with some of the basic and advanced hand balancing poses in yoga.
- Have lots of fun!
